Voice Broadcast Service for Scheduled Reminders
A voice broadcast sends one spoken message to many phones at once. Most tools in this category are built for campaigns. DoNotify is built for the version where everyone on the list already knows who you are.
What voice broadcasting is for
The legitimate cases are notices, not sales: a class is cancelled, the clinic is closed tomorrow, a shift has changed, a delivery window has moved. Things where a text might not be read in time and the consequence of missing it is real.
Broadcast works here because the message is genuinely identical for everyone and the timing matters more than the personalisation.
How DoNotify handles it
Write the message once, set the recipients, choose the time. Each person receives a real phone call at that time in their own timezone. Voicemail gets the message left on it. Every call is logged, so afterwards you know exactly who was reached rather than guessing from a delivery percentage.
What it is not
DoNotify is not a campaign platform. No purchased lists, no cold outreach, no political or telemarketing broadcast. Automated calls to people who did not consent are regulated in most jurisdictions and this is the wrong tool for them, deliberately.
Broadcast or individual reminders?
If the message differs per person, do not broadcast it. Calendar-triggered appointment reminder calls handle that better, because each call speaks that person's own time and detail. Broadcast is for when the message is truly the same.
