DoNotify is a productivity service that provides automated voice call reminders for your Google Calendar events. Our service includes:

• Google Calendar integration and synchronization
• Automated voice call reminders via Vonage Voice API
• Optional Telegram notifications
• Customizable reminder timing and preferences
• Multi-timezone support

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must have a valid phone number to receive voice call reminders
• You must have a Google account to use calendar integration features

3. Voice Call Charges and Billing

Call Charges

• Voice calls are delivered using international telephony services
• Standard international calling rates may apply depending on your location
• You are responsible for any charges incurred by your phone carrier for receiving calls
• We do not charge additional fees for voice call delivery beyond our subscription fees

Billing

• Subscription fees are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in service suspension

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information, especially phone numbers
• Maintain a reliable internet connection for calendar synchronization
• Keep your Google Calendar access permissions current
• Use the service only for legitimate reminder purposes
• Not abuse or overload our systems with excessive requests
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. Service Availability and Limitations

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• Voice call delivery depends on third-party telephony providers
• Internet connectivity issues may affect calendar synchronization

Service Limitations

• Voice calls may not be delivered to all international numbers
• Call quality depends on network conditions and location
• Calendar sync frequency is limited to prevent API rate limiting
• Historical event data is limited to recent calendar entries

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

• We only access Google Calendar data you explicitly authorize
• Phone numbers are used solely for voice call delivery
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing
• You can request data deletion at any time

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

8. Account Termination

By You

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate accounts for non-payment of fees
• We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 30 days notice

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for missed calls due to technical issues beyond our control
• We are not responsible for charges incurred from your phone carrier
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

10. Intellectual Property

• DoNotify and all related trademarks are our property
• You retain ownership of your calendar data and personal information
• You grant us a limited license to use your calendar data to provide our service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service or code

11. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Calendar: Subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Vonage Voice API: Subject to Vonage's terms and conditions
• Telegram: Subject to Telegram's Terms of Service (if used)

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

12. Dispute Resolution
