Voice call reminders for Outlook and Microsoft 365

Want a real phone call before your Outlook or Microsoft 365 meetings? DoNotify can do that — here's exactly how it works and how to set it up.

How DoNotify works with Outlook today

To be upfront: DoNotify connects natively to Google Calendar, not to Outlook directly (a native Outlook integration is on our roadmap). The good news is you can bridge the two in a couple of minutes and get the same reminder calls for your Outlook and Microsoft 365 events.

The two-minute setup

  • In Outlook / Microsoft 365, publish or share your calendar to get its ICS link.
  • In Google Calendar, choose "Add calendar → From URL" and paste that ICS link so your Outlook events appear there.
  • Connect that Google Calendar to DoNotify and pick which events should ring your phone.

From then on, your Outlook events flow into Google Calendar and DoNotify calls you before the ones you chose.

Why bother with a call?

Outlook reminders are desktop pop-ups and emails — fine at your desk, useless when you've stepped away. A phone call reaches you wherever you are and rings through silent mode, so back-to-back meetings and client calls don't slip.

Frequently asked questions

Does DoNotify integrate with Outlook directly?

Not yet — DoNotify connects natively to Google Calendar. You can get reminder calls for Outlook events today by syncing your Outlook calendar into Google Calendar via its ICS link. A native Outlook integration is planned.

Will my Outlook events really trigger calls?

Yes. Once your Outlook calendar is subscribed in Google Calendar, DoNotify treats those events like any other and can call you before them.
